About the company and team
Juniper Wake Lodge
Juniper Wake Lodge is a fictional, family-operated demonstration host on Lake Pend Oreille. The team welcomes small groups for paddling, trail days, and quiet weekends by the water.
Seasonal crew rotate through clear stations, share a staff meal after the evening turn, and have two consecutive days off whenever the operating calendar allows.
How the team is managed
Managers publish the weekly schedule ten days ahead, hold a short morning stand-up, and use one-on-ones for feedback instead of correcting people in front of guests.
Marcus trains front-of-house and waterfront staff and coordinates candidate interviews.
Talia runs housing orientation, kitchen handoffs, and the daily operating schedule.
